1. The Service

CreatorBrief is a web application that uses artificial intelligence to generate YouTube editorial angles, scripts, and thumbnail images based on the inputs you provide and your channel profile.

AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies, may not be unique, and is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before publishing or relying on it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Credits, payments, and billing

The Service operates on a credit system. Certain actions consume credits. Credits and subscriptions are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown in EUR for customers in Spain and may include applicable taxes (VAT/IVA).

Payment obligations are governed by the plan or credit pack you purchase at checkout.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

As digital content supplied immediately, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may be lost once generation begins, provided you give prior express consent and acknowledge that you thereby lose that right (Spanish consumer law, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).

Unused credits that have not been consumed may be refundable; consumed credits are non-refundable. Contact us for refund requests.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, we assign to you whatever rights we can lawfully transfer in the output generated for you.

Note that AI-generated material may not be protectable by copyright in every jurisdiction, and identical or similar output may be generated for other users. We make no warranty that output is original or free of third-party rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and your use of the output do not infringe the rights of others.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or misleading content; to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; or to violate the acceptable-use policies of our AI and infrastructure providers.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law, including liability to consumers for death, personal injury, or fraud.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU also apply, and you may bring proceedings before the competent courts of your domicile.

We do not require you to waive your right to go to court. Before litigation, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter. EU consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr and any applicable voluntary alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
