This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of CreatorBrief, as data controller, processes your personal data when you use CreatorBrief, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

1. Data we collect
Account data: email address and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in identifiers if you use Google OAuth).
Content data: the channel profile, prompts, titles, and other inputs you provide, and the scripts and thumbnail images generated for you.
Billing data: purchase and subscription records. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
Usage and analytics data: basic interaction and conversion events used to measure and improve the Service.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and similar metadata.
2. Use of artificial intelligence
CreatorBrief uses third-party AI models (Google Cloud Vertex AI / Gemini) to generate editorial angles, scripts, and thumbnail images. The inputs you provide are transmitted to and processed by these AI providers to produce the output.
We do not use your content to train our own models. AI output may be inaccurate or not unique; you should always review it before use.
3. How and why we use your data (legal bases)
To provide the Service and generate output (performance of a contract).
To process payments and comply with tax and accounting obligations (contract and legal obligation).
To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and measure and improve it (legitimate interest).
For analytics and advertising-conversion measurement where required, on the basis of your consent.
4. Service providers (processors and recipients)
We share data with providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate data-processing agreements: Supabase (authentication, database, and storage), Stripe (payments), Google Cloud Vertex AI (AI generation), and analytics/advertising-measurement providers (e.g. Umami analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement).
Where providers process data outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses as safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Billing records are kept for the periods required by law. You can request deletion of your account and associated content, subject to legal retention duties.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, contact us at the address below.

7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary technologies to operate the Service and, subject to your consent where required, analytics and advertising-measurement technologies. You can manage non-essential consent at any time.
